自動點膠機為什么有三軸四軸五軸之分？
常用的自動點膠機有二軸、三軸、四軸、五軸之分，而其中三軸系列點膠機是更常用的，分為X Y Z軸。一般的三軸點膠機就能滿足生產的需要了，四軸點膠機的話就是加個旋轉的軸，這樣很多三軸點膠機解決不了的問題四軸點膠機就能解決了。

General three-axis dispensing machine can meet the needs of production, four-axis dispensing machine is to add a rotating shaft, so many problems that three-axis dispensing machine can not solve four-axis dispensing machine can solve.
其實就幾軸而言的話，不能叫點膠機，只能叫機械手臂。三軸點膠機的只能進行標準的X,Y,Z移動，如產品點膠的位置在側邊，可能需要點膠頭傾斜點膠，那就需要4軸點膠機的(R軸)進行工作;如產品需要進行兩面點膠的話，那就需要產品進行翻轉完成，也就需要5軸機械臂(也就是所謂的工業機器人)。

If the product dispensing position is on the side, the dispensing head may need to be tilted for dispensing, then it needs to work on the (R-axis) of the four-axis dispenser; if the product needs to carry out two-sided dispensing, then it needs to turn the product, which requires a five axis mechanical arm (also known as the industrial robot).
四軸點膠機相比較三軸點膠機：具有畫點、直線、多段線、三維圓弧(空間圓弧)、圓、橢圓、跑道、距形、螺旋線、涂布、自動圓角、不規則三維樣條曲線等圖形元素，完全實現360度旋轉點膠。
Compared with the three-axis dispensing machine, the four-axis dispensing machine has drawing points, straight lines, polylines, three-dimensional arcs (spatial arcs), circles, ellipses, runways, pitch shapes, helices, coating, automatic fillets, irregular three-dimensional splines and other graphic elements, fully realizing 360 degree rotation dispensing.
