雙組分硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)膠是由主劑A組分(白膠)和固化劑B組分(黑膠)組成，通過雙組分打膠機，按廠家的比例混合均勻后使用。混合后的結(jié)構(gòu)膠經(jīng)過一段時間固化，終獲得好的粘接性能和物理性能。但是，如果結(jié)構(gòu)膠混合不均勻后使用，結(jié)構(gòu)膠固化就會出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題。

結(jié)構(gòu)膠混合不均勻，局部會出現(xiàn)白色條紋。在光線比較亮的情況下，更加容易觀察。結(jié)構(gòu)膠固化后的強度下降，固化交聯(lián)不完全、嚴(yán)重時候會發(fā)粘，無法固化等。
