雙組份打膠機淺談關于PUR熱熔膠機的注意事項
1.避免在易揮發易爆的原料或氣體周圍使用pur熱熔膠機，不要在pur熱熔膠機噴涂設備周圍存放易燃易爆物品。

2.沒有適當的保護裝置，沒有良好的絕緣體或保護面板，不要使用熱熔膠機。

3.pur熱熔膠機需要維修時，須經過培訓人員的培訓后才能拆卸維修。

6.使用pur熱熔膠時，檢查pur熱熔膠桶是否變形，丟棄變形嚴重的pur熱熔膠桶，以免損壞pur熱熔膠機壓板。

7.每當拆卸PUR熱熔膠機的喉嚨,噴膠槍,試圖穿過清潔劑清洗拆卸和維修之前,不能清洗,須使用高溫硅油在很短的時間內將面臨設備噴嘴或軟管接口密封,避免濕固化反應。
7. Whenever the throat and spray gun of PUR hot-melt adhesive machine are disassembled and cleaned with cleaning agent, it cannot be cleaned before disassembly and maintenance. High temperature silicone oil must be used to seal the nozzle or hose interface of the equipment in a short time to avoid wet curing reaction.
