雙組份打膠機的結(jié)構(gòu)原理
雙組份涂膠機由A、B膠泵、氣動系統(tǒng)、升降機構(gòu)、機架等組成。
The double component coating machine is made up of A, B glue pump, pneumatic system, lifting mechanism, frame and so on.
1、膠泵：
1, glue pump:
（1）A、B組份各設(shè)一個膠泵，在各自的氣馬達(dá)驅(qū)動下，分別作往復(fù)運動，將膠吸入并壓出。A、B膠泵分別與壓膠盤固定在一起，再與機架連接組成各自的系統(tǒng)。
(1) each of the A and B components is set up with a rubber pump, which is driven by the respective gas motors, and the reciprocating motion is carried out respectively, and the glue is inhaled and pressed out. The A and B glue pumps are fixed together with the press disc respectively, and then they are connected with the frame to form their respective systems.
（2）A、B組份的配比是通過比例杠桿進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)：向里調(diào)節(jié)，B出膠量減少，向外調(diào)節(jié)，B出膠量增加。通過調(diào)節(jié)比例杠桿來控制B膠的出膠量，從而控制A、B膠的配比。
(2) the ratio of A and B components is regulated by the proportion lever: to adjust to it, the amount of B out of glue is reduced, and the amount of B is increased. By adjusting the ratio lever to control the amount of glue out of B glue, the ratio of A and B glue is controlled.
（3）出膠量：由氣源處理器控制，逆時針調(diào)節(jié)，出膠量增加，順時針調(diào)節(jié)出膠量減小。
(3) glue quantity: controlled by gas source processor, counter clockwise adjustment, increase the amount of glue, reduce the amount of glue clockwise.

A、B組份膠泵分別設(shè)一套氣動升降機構(gòu)，該升降機構(gòu)分別由兩個氣缸并聯(lián)組成，并通過橫梁固定連接各自的泵體。其目的之一是將兩缸的作用力通過壓盤作用在膠面上，壓力大小由調(diào)壓閥調(diào)節(jié)，一般調(diào)整在0.3MPa左右；其二，當(dāng)需要更換膠桶時，氣缸可將壓盤提起。離開膠桶，以便更換新的膠桶。
The A, B component glue pump set up a set of pneumatic lifting mechanism respectively. The lifting mechanism is composed of two cylinders in parallel, and the pump body is fixed to each other through a beam. One of its purposes is to apply the acting force of the two cylinder to the glue surface through the pressure plate. The pressure is regulated by the pressure regulating valve, generally adjusting to about 0.3MPa. Secondly, when the rubber bucket is needed, the cylinder can lift the pressure plate. Leave the glue barrel so as to replace the new rubber buckets.
