天諾告訴你點膠機使用時千萬要注意哪些？
隨著電子行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，作為電子行業(yè)中的很多產(chǎn)品，點膠機都是用于點膠和包裝的。當(dāng)然，市場上有那么多的行業(yè)，點膠機不僅僅應(yīng)用于電子行業(yè)，如LED戶外照明、汽車電子、通訊電子、太陽能等行業(yè)。其中，有一些使用過程中的小竅門。

在設(shè)備使用過程中，如果膠水用完，點膠閥內(nèi)會有空氣。

1.檢查軟管是否已超過有用使用時間。
1. Check whether the hose has exceeded the useful service time.
2.如果有這樣的情況，將點膠閥或點膠泵清理干凈，同時按照相關(guān)操作步驟進行操作。
2. If there is such a situation, clean the dispensing valve or dispensing pump, and operate according to relevant operation steps.
3.關(guān)閉分配器，同時打開閥門，取下冷卻套。

4.然后取下氣壓頭。

5.下一步是取下軟管時，要檢查點膠閥上是否還有彎頭管件，前提是彎頭管件可用。

6.取下膠管，將點膠閥鎖在適配器底部時，會有少許空腔。如果有這樣的情況，可以用舊軟管中的膠體填充空腔，并檢查是否有氣泡。如果出現(xiàn)氣泡，用新的軟管將氣泡填滿，然后堅持是否了氣泡。如果仍然有氣泡，考慮更換新的軟管。

If this is the case, fill the cavity with the colloid in the old hose and check for bubbles. If bubbles appear, fill them with a new hose, and then insist whether the bubbles are eliminated. If there are still bubbles, consider replacing the hose with a new one.
7.在這里我們不得不說，更換膠管取決于凝膠的流動性是否合適。不能從頭到尾出現(xiàn)氣泡，因為氣泡會造成滴漏、膠點重量變化等問題。因此，在更換膠管或填充過程中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)氣泡。

8.因此，更換膠管時，切記不要讓空氣進入膠體通道。如發(fā)現(xiàn)空氣殘留，且不確定空氣是否通過膠管進入點膠泵，請按以下步驟更換膠管:
8. Therefore, when replacing the hose, remember not to let air enter the colloid channel. If air remains and it is uncertain whether the air enters the dispensing pump through the hose, replace the hose as follows:
1)檢查點膠閥上連接軟管的適配器。主要檢查是否有膠體溢出，如有，擦去。
1) Check the adapter connecting the hose on the dispensing valve. Mainly check whether there is colloid overflow. If so, wipe it off.
2)重新安裝氣動頭。
2) Reinstall the pneumatic head.
3)再將軟管冷卻套重新安裝。
3) Reinstall the hose cooling sleeve.
4)關(guān)閉飲水機門。
4) Close the water dispenser door.
5)重新啟動分配器。
5) Restart the distributor.
需要注意的是要有足夠的排膠時間，使新膠管中的膠水順利流出點膠頭，并確認(rèn)點膠閥的壓力和速度都是按照理想狀態(tài)設(shè)定的。然后測量膠體流速，直到連續(xù)兩次測量的誤差在正負(fù)2%的范圍內(nèi)。
It should be noted that there should be enough glue discharge time to make the glue in the new hose flow out of the dispensing head smoothly, and confirm that the pressure and speed of the dispensing valve are set according to the ideal state. Then measure the colloid flow rate until the error of two consecutive measurements is within the range of plus or minus 2%.
