一、漏膠不均勻，出現花膠
1、 Glue leakage is uneven, and there is glue
1.黑膠、白膠壓力是否平衡：白膠膠泵壓力為0.4Mpa左右，黑膠膠泵壓力不能低于0.6Mpa；2.檢查比例泵黑白配比是否為1：10左右；
1. Whether the pressure of black glue and white glue is balanced: the pressure of white glue pump is about 0.4Mpa, and the pressure of black glue pump cannot be lower than 0.6Mpa; 2. Check whether the black and white ratio of the proportional pump is about 1:10;
3.檢查混膠器是否安裝正確與清理；
3. Check whether the rubber mixer is correctly installed and cleaned;
4.檢查黑膠智能壓力表參數是否正常；
4. Check whether the parameters of the black glue intelligent pressure gauge are normal;
5.檢查黑膠氣動開關與電磁閥動作是否正常；
5. Check whether the black glue pneumatic switch and solenoid valve operate normally;
6.檢查氣動開關固定塊是否阻塞；

二、打膠不出膠
2、 Glue cannot be released
1.檢查氣源是否在0.60.8Mpa之間；
1. Check whether the air source is between 0.6 and 0.8Mpa;
2.檢查觸摸屏中編輯功能菜單中的密封不使用是否打開；
2. Check whether the seal is opened in the edit function menu of the touch screen;
3.檢查氣動開關是否阻塞；
3. Check whether the pneumatic switch is blocked;
4.檢查黑、白膠氣動開關與電磁閥動作是否正常；
4. Check whether the black and white glue pneumatic switches and solenoid valves operate normally;
5.檢查比例泵上的智能壓力表是否報警，范圍在7-35Mpa；
5. Check whether the intelligent pressure gauge on the proportional pump alarms, and the range is 7-35Mpa;
6.檢查液壓站是否有壓力，如無壓力：1)清洗比例溢流閥2)檢查比例控制器是否通電或松動；

7.清洗時是否能出白膠，如不出再檢查313膠管、旋轉接頭是否阻塞；

8.檢查一組比例泵下限傳感器IB233是否有信號，檢查二組比例泵IB407是否有信號；
8. Check whether there is signal from lower limit sensor IB233 of one group of proportional pumps and whether there is signal from IB407 of two groups of proportional pumps;
9.手動檢查掃描儀數值是否有正常。
9. Manually check whether the scanner value is normal.
