雙組份打膠機的日常操作說明
1、雙組份打膠機基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱賽泵，雙向等量供料，基料泵由液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動，固化劑泵由氣動馬達驅(qū)動。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤，充分保證高黏度流體的滿腔輸送，基料壓入并增高高壓，固化劑壓入并增壓，再送比例泵，固化劑的流量由調(diào)比機構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)，二種組份同時送入混合器，充分混合后到達擠膠槍。

The two auxiliary booster feeding pressure plate, and fully guarantee the delivery filled with high viscosity fluid, the base material is pressed in and increased to high pressure, pressure and curing agent into the supercharger, sent to the proportional pump, curing agent flow by adjusting mechanism for adjusting the ratio of two components at the same time, into the mixer after mixing to glue gun.
2、 固化劑過濾器下端出口及混合器進料處均設(shè)有高壓球閥，沖膠泄壓用，混合器上設(shè)有單向針閥，雙組份打膠機不但使混膠更加均勻，而且防止兩種組份互竄。

A one-way needle valve is installed on the mixer. The two component glue machine not only makes the rubber mixing more uniform, but also prevents the two components from channeling.
3、雙組份打膠機氣動型主要有基料泵、固化劑泵、比例泵、基料泵升降系統(tǒng)、調(diào)比結(jié)構(gòu)、混膠結(jié)構(gòu)、氣動系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)及電氣系統(tǒng)組成。
3, the pneumatic parts of the two component glue machine mainly include basic material pump, curing agent pump, proportional pump, base material pump lifting system, adjusting ratio structure, mixing glue structure, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical system.
4、升降系統(tǒng)采用手動轉(zhuǎn)閥控制，兩種組份的比例調(diào)節(jié)，可通過調(diào)整滑塊在擺動桿上的位置來改變。
