自動點膠機的工作原理！
自動點膠機就是在PCB板上面需要貼片的位置預先點上一種特殊的膠，來固定貼片元件，固化后再經過波峰焊。點膠是根據程序自動進行的。1. 管狀旋轉出膠控制；普通、數字式時間控制器 。2. 點膠筆頭設置微動點觸開關，操作方便；不需空氣壓力 ，接電源 即可工作。

1. 工作原理：壓縮空氣送入膠瓶(注射器)，將膠壓進進給管中，膠流經以固定時間、特定速度旋轉的螺桿。螺桿的旋轉在膠劑上形成剪切力，使膠劑沿螺紋流下，螺桿的旋轉在膠劑上不斷加壓，使其從滴膠針嘴流出。

Working Principle: Compressed air is fed into the rubber bottle (syringe), the rubber is pressed into the feed pipe, and the rubber flows through the screw which rotates at a fixed time and a specific speed. The rotation of the screw forms a shear force on the adhesive, which causes the adhesive to flow down the thread, and the rotation of the screw keeps pressing on the adhesive to make it flow out of the dropping needle nozzle.
2. 特點：具有膠點點徑無固定限制的靈活性。可通過軟件進行調整。但是滴大膠點時，螺桿旋轉時間長，會降低整臺機器的產量。另外，膠劑的粘度和流動特性會影響其穩定性。

1. 工作原理：壓縮空氣送入膠瓶(注射器)，將膠壓進和活塞室相連的進給管中，在此加熱，溫度受控制，以達到佳的始終如一的粘性。使用一個球座結構，膠劑填充由于球從座中縮回留下的空缺。當球回來時，由于加速產生的力量斷開膠劑流，使其從滴膠針嘴噴射出，滴到板上形成膠點。

Working Principle: Compressed air is fed into the rubber bottle (syringe), the rubber is pressed into the feed pipe connected with the piston chamber, where the temperature is controlled to achieve the best consistency of viscosity. Using a ball seat structure, the glue fills the vacancies left by the ball retracting from the seat. When the ball comes back, due to the acceleration force, the glue flow is disconnected, so that it is ejected from the nozzle of the dropping needle and dripped onto the board to form a glue point.
2. 特點：1)、了傳統方法產生的膠點拉尾。2)、沒有滴膠針的磨損和和其它零件 干涉的問題。3)、無針嘴損壞。4)、無由于基板彎曲和被針嘴損害的報廢。
