1：HDSTO1型雙組份涂膠機(jī)主要由基料泵、固化劑泵、比例泵,基料泵升降系統(tǒng)、調(diào)比結(jié)構(gòu)、混膠系統(tǒng),氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)及電氣系統(tǒng)組成。 基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱塞泵,雙向等量供料,基料泵由液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng),固化劑泵由氣動(dòng)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤,充分保證高粘度流體的滿腔輸送。基料壓入并增高壓,固化劑壓入并增壓,再送比例泵。固化劑的流量由調(diào)比機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)。二種組份嘛時(shí)送入混合器,充分混合后到達(dá)擠膠 。
1:HDSTO1 two-component gluing machine is mainly composed of binder pump, curing agent pump, proportional pump, binder pump lifting system, mixing system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical system. The binder pump, curing agent pump and proportional pump all adopt special high-pressure plunger pump, two-way equal quantity feeding, the binder pump is driven by hydraulic system, and the curing agent pump is driven by pneumatic motor. The two are supplemented by pressurized feed platen, which fully ensures the transportation of high viscosity fluid. The base material is pressed into and increased to high pressure, the curing agent is pressed into and pressurized, and then sent to the proportional pump. The flow rate of the curing agent is regulated by the adjusting ratio mechanism. When the two components are mixed into the mixer, they will be fully mixed to reach the extruder.
固化劑過(guò)濾器下端出口及混合器進(jìn)料處均設(shè)朋高壓球閥,沖膠泄壓用。混合器上設(shè)有單向針閥,不便使混膠更加均勻,而且防止兩種組份互竄,將通道固化堵塞。 升降系統(tǒng)采用手。
